Converting Package Recipients

If you are the Administrator or have been given Edit or Create Packages permissions, you will see the Create Packages button.

Click on Create Packages,  choose a package, and click on Step 3 Convert Recipients.

Once you are on the Convert page you will see three options. Response Form, Link Button or No Button. The following is a description of each:

Response Form Button. When selected, this package will feature a Direct Response Form so your can collect recipient information. These can be sales leads, an RSVP for your event or any other purpose that suits your needs. 

Once selected you can enter a Button Label. If you leave this field blank, it will default to "Send a Response". 

You can also add a URL address to redirect recipients to another website after submitting the form. To enable this feature check mark Redirect Recipients to this Address after submitting form and enter the URL. Please include a complete address such as http://www.mywebsite.com

Click Save.

You can preview how your package will look by clicking Preview.

The following is an example of what the package looks like after the recipient clicks the Response Form button. If you uploaded your photo on the My Account page it will appear on this form. 

Link Button. When selected, this package will feature a Button linking to another page such as the product shopping cart to complete the purchase, a survey, or any other location that suits your needs.

Once selected you can enter a Button Label. If you leave this field blank, it will default to "Buy Now". 

Enter the URL. Please include a complete address such as, http://www.mywebsite.com/shoppingcart/myproduct.html

Click Save.

You can preview how your package will look by clicking Preview.

The following is an example of what the package looks like with the Link Button.

No Button. When selected, no button will be shown on the package.
